Measuring only 2.5" , this little daisy is a great accent for a variety of projects. You can even attach it to a hair elastic and glue a pompom to the center for a cute addition to a little girl's hairdo.

Any weight yarn with the appropriate size crochet hook. Our sample was made using worsted weight yarn and a size H (5.0 mm) crochet hook.

Abbreviations:
ch = chain
dc = double crochet
dc2tog = double crochet 2 together
sc = single crochet
sl st = slip stitch
st(s) = stitch (es)
yo = yarn over

Special Abbreviation: Dc2tog = work 1 dc into each of next 2 sc until 1 loop of each remains on hook, yo and draw through all 3 loops on hook.

Base ring: Ch 6, join with sl st.
Round 1: Ch 1, work 15 sc into ring, sl st into first sc.
Round 2: [ch 3, dc2tog over next 2 sc, ch 3, sl st into next sc] 5 times placing last sl st into first sc of previous round. Fasten off.
