Description
This Raindrop Pattern is worked on a background of reverse stockinette stitch which really makes the raindrops stand out. If you have some knitting experience, you should have no trouble following this pattern.
Skill level: Intermediate
6 Stitch pattern repeat.
Materials and Supplies
You can use any weight yarn along with the appropriate size needles for that particular yarn. A suggestion of needle sizes often is posted on the yarn label (wrapper).
Craft Instructions
Multiple of 6 + 5.
1st row (right side): P5, *yrn, p2tog, p4; rep from * to end.
2nd row: K5, *p1, k5; rep from * to end.
3rd row: P5, *k1, p5; rep from * to end.
Rep the last 2 rows once more, then the 2nd row again.
7th row: P2, yrn, p2tog, *p4, yrn, p2tog; rep from * to last st, p1.
8th row: K2, p1, *k5, p1; rep from * to last 2 sts, k2.
9th row: P2, k1, *p5, k1; rep from * to last 2 sts, p2.
Rep the last 2 rows once more, then the 8th row again.
Rep these 12 rows.
