Description
Lacy Lattice knitting stitch is a fun looking pattern that would make a great afghan. It has a raised texture and seems like it would hold it's shape even after repeated use and washings.
Skill level: Intermediate
6 Stitch pattern repeat.
Materials and Supplies
You can use any weight yarn along with the appropriate size needles for that particular yarn. A suggestion of needle sizes often is posted on the yarn label (wrapper).
Craft Instructions
Multiple of 6 + 1.
1st row (right side): K1, *yfrn, p1, p3tog, p1, yon, k1; rep from * to end.
2nd and every alt row: Purl.
3rd row: K2, yo, sl 1, k2tog, psso, yo, *k3, yo, sl 1, k2tog, psso, yo; rep from * to last 2 sts, k2.
5th row: P2tog, p1, yon, k1, yfrn, p1, *p3tog, p1, yon, k1, yfrn, p1; rep from * to last 2 sts, p2tog.
7th row: K2tog, yo, k3, yo, *sl 1, k2tog, psso, yo, k3, yo; rep from * to last 2 sts, sl 1, k1, psso.
8th row: Purl.
Rep these 8 rows.
