The Fancy Horseshoe Print knitting stitch is a delicate lacey pattern. It is worked over a 6 row repeat. This pattern is not recommended for beginners but is not too difficult once you have mastered yarn overs, slip stitches, passing slip stitches over and knitting stitches together.

Skill level: Intermediate

10 Stitch pattern repeat.

You can use any weight yarn along with the appropriate size needles for that particular yarn. A suggestion of needle sizes often is posted on the yarn label (wrapper).

Multiple of 10 + 11
1st row (right side): K1, *yo, k3, sl 1, k2tog, psso, k3, yo, k1; rep from * to end.
2nd row: Purl.
3rd row: K2, yo, k2, sl 1, k2tog, psso, k2, *yo, k3, yo, k2, sl 1,  k2tog, psso, k2; rep from * to last 2 sts, yo, k2.
4th row:  Purl
5th row: K2tog, [yo, k1] twice, *sl 1, k2tog, psso [ k1, yo] twice, sl 1, k2tog, psso, [yo, k1] twice; rep from * to last 7 sts, sl 1, k2tog, psso, [k1, yo] twice, sl 1, k1, psso
6th row: Purl.
Rep these 6 rows.
