Craft Foam Door Hangers
Door hangers are an easy craft for all ages. They can be made as simple or elaborate as you choose.
Our instructions below are just a guideline. Go crazy and be creative and see how many different door hangers you can make. Don't forget to make them for different holidays.
Materials for door hanger as pictures:
- Blank store bought craft foam door hangers or craft foam and the template we have provided
- Self stick craft foam letters
- Self stick craft foam shapes
Additional optional supplies:
- Glue
- Ribbon
- Sequence
- Glitter glue
- Felt scraps
- Confetti
Instructions:
- Choose a blank door hanger or use the pattern provided to trace one onto a piece of craft foam and cut it out..
- Choose letters and/or shapes that you like.
- Arrange the letters and/or shapes on your door hanger to see how you would like them.
- Once you are happy with your layout, peel the paper off the back of the shapes and stick them onto your door hanger.
Additional ideas for making door hangers:
- Glue embellishments onto your door hanger such as ribbon, sequence, felt scraps, confetti or buttons.
- Use glitter glue to write your name or a message on the door hanger.
